Pork and surimi stirfry

We were wanting something a little bit different last night and hit Safeway and picked up some surimi (krab) and some pork sirloin steaks. I sliced the pork and fired up the wok. I cooked up the pork, then set that to one side while I stir fried some sweet onions.

Once they were slightly caramelized, I added back the pork and then added in the krab and some unsalted roasted peanuts. I then added a can of coconut milk and some cornstarch to thicken it.

While that was finishing up, I boiled up a couple packages of ramen, leaving out the seasoning packets. I tossed the ramen with sesame oil and then served the pork and krab on a bed of ramen.
