Ranch oven roasted potatos



Here is a simple side dish I did the other night to serve with roasted pork loin. I took two large potatoes, peeled and diced them. I put them in a baking dish and then tossed them with grape seed oil and a packet of ranch dressing mix. I then pulled some sliced walla walla onions from the deep freeze and chopped those up a bit and into the dish they went. I baked them at 350F with the pork loin.

When the pork was done, so were the potatoes. They made very good leftovers with diced pork loin.
