Super easy "BBQ" roast beef sandwiches

Hubby was wanting roast beef sandwiches for dinner the other night and I was wanting something a little bit different. So I thawed out some deli sliced roast beef (we'd gotten it on sale over Christmas for 98 cents a pound, so we stocked up) and then grabbed the bottle of our favorite BBQ sauce we had stashed in the pantry.

Put both the beef and sauce into the pan to heat up:



Then assembled the sandwiched on some nice rolls and added sharp cheddar cheese and a pickle:
