Shrimp chips, prawn crackers, whatever the name, they are good.
We are starting to head back up to Spokane WA on a regular basis to do shopping, one to hit some bigger markets and specialty markets and two, to get the heck out of town for the day.
So last trip up we hit Bay Oriental Market on Sprague. They had apparently moved from their old location, so we found where they are now and the coordinates are safely in our GPS for future trips LOL.
We didn't get much, but I did grab a package of shrimp chips or prawn crackers.
I so love these little yummy snacks. When you first open the package and haven't made them before, you might wonder if they really are good eats:

But once these little plastic looking discs hit the hot oil, oh yum!:

Once they are done, onto a wire rack or a paper towel to drain. I like to lightly sprinkle them with salt and then dig in.
